Ingredients
1 egg
1 c. Gold Medal whole wheat flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 teaspoon baking pwdr
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Directions
Beat egg till fluffy. Add in remaining ingredients, mix only till smooth. Makes 8 (4 inch) pancakes. Really good and healthy!
