Whole Wheat Bread Or Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. yeast
  • 2 c. lukewarm water (16 ounce.)
  • 1/4 c. honey (2 ounce.)
  • 3/4 c. extra virgin olive oil (6 ounce.)
  • 2 fresh Large eggs
  • 6 c. whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Dissolve yeast in water and honey for about 5 min. Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and knead till it loosens from sides of the bowl. Place in large oiled bowl, cover and let rise till about double. Be sure it is in a hot place. Remove and shape into loaves, rolls, or possibly buns. Bake at about 375 degrees till browned.
