    Simple white fried vermicelli.

    Ingredients

    • 1 packet noodles soaked approximately 1 hour
    • 100 grams of chicken meat
    • 100 grams of fresh shrimp
    • 100 grams of fresh squid
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper seed, coarsely ground
    • 1 onion, blended
    • 1 garlic, blended
    • 2 cm ginger, blended
    • 3 stalks green chilies, blended
    • 50 grams of blended dried shrimp
    • 1 tomato, cut cubed
    • 4 cm of small carrots cut lengthwise every 2 cm
    • Cabbage, cut finely
    • 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
    • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
    • 1 teaspoon plum sauce
    • Salt
    • Sugar
    • Olive oil
    • for garnishing
    • 2 pieces of tofu cut cubed and fried
    • Parsley
    • Fried onions

    Directions

    1. 1. Soak the noodles to soften it for 1 hour.
    2. 2. Heat olive oil in frying pan. Sauté blended ingredients.
    3. 3. Once fragrant add carrot.
    4. 4. Put all the sauces and mix thoroughly.
    5. 5. Add chicken meat and stir until cooked. Add prawns and squid.
    6. 6. After all has been well mix, add the tossed noodles. Sprinkled coarsely ground black pepper. Stir until well blended.
    7. 7. Put the cabbage and stir until slightly wilted and add cubed tomatoes.
    8. 8. After all well mix and cooked, serve in the dish and garnish with spring soup, fried tofu and fried onions.
