This cake is a great way to use up the ripe bananas! It goes great with a cup of coffee or tea. Enjoy with So Much Love, Catherine xo

    • 5 ripe medium sized bananas
    • 3 tsp. baking powder

    • 1 tsp orange marmalade
    • ½ cup sour cream
    • ½ cup buttermilk
    • 1 tablespoon vanilla
    • 7 cookies – crumbled (coconut or vanilla)
    • Topping:

    • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
    • 2 tablespoons flour

    Directions

    1. Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
    2. Grease a bundt pan with butter.
    3. In a large mixing bowl combine the bananas, eggs, sour cream, buttermilk, vanilla, butter, raspberry jam and orange marmalade and mix well with an electric mixer. In a separate mixing bowl combine flour, sugar and baking powder. Combine with the wet ingredients and mix well with an electric mixer.
