Weight Watchers Cabbage Soup
Easy, healthy soup. Great for fall. Ingredients
- 3 c. tomato juice
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 med. green pepper, minced
- 2 1/2 c. cabbage, minced
- 2 ribs celery, minced
- 1 c. mushroom stems & pcs
- 1 pkg. beef bouillon
- 1 pkg. chicken bouillon
- 2 tbsp. onion flakes
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large pot combine all the ingredients.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
- Simmer until all the vegetables are tender and the cabbage is cooked.
