Weight Watchers Apple Cheddar Salad
Ingredients
- 2 sm. apples, quartered
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 c. sliced celery
- 6 ounce. W.W. mild Cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
- 1/4 c. W.W. mayonnaise
Directions
- Thinly slice apples and toss with lemon juice. Add in remaining ingredients. Makes 4 servings. (1 serving = 1 P, 1 V, 1 1/2 Fa, 1/2 Fr.) If nonfat mayonnaise is used, take out fats and add in optional calories.
