I found this recipe in one of the shopping catalouges.New Zealand is famous for its Bluff OystersThis recipe calls for Bluff Oysters,but i guess you could use any fresh ones. Ingredients
- Chardonnay Vinegar
- water
- Raw oysters
Directions
- mix together equal amounts of Chardonnay vinegar and water.Freeze.
- when fully frozen scrape with a fork to get a snow like texture
- Serve in a chilled side dish to accompany raw oysters.
