Vietnamese Nuoc Cham Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 Tbsp. White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Small Lime, Juiced
  • 2 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Fish Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 2 Small Red Chilies, Seeded and Minced

Directions

  1. Mix together the garlic, vinegar, lime juice, sugar, fish sauce, water and chilies in a serving bowl, then cover and set aside.
