Every good Vietnamese cook needs to master this dipping sauce. It's used in many dishes to bring all the elements together.
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 Tbsp. White Wine Vinegar
- 1 Small Lime, Juiced
- 2 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Fish Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 2 Small Red Chilies, Seeded and Minced
- Mix together the garlic, vinegar, lime juice, sugar, fish sauce, water and chilies in a serving bowl, then cover and set aside.
