Ingredients

  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 1 med. green pepper
  • 1 med. onion
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 4 ounce. dry chunk Romano cheese
  • 8 ounce. pkg. vermicelli
  • 1 lg. pot heated in oven at 400 degrees

Directions

  1. Fry bacon crisp, crumble up, set aside. Saute/fry minced green peppers and onions till tender; set aside. Fork beat Large eggs; set aside. Grate Romano; set aside. Place large pot in oven at 400 degrees. Cook vermicelli and drain. Stir in Large eggs, coating vermicelli well. Turn into warm pot. Quickly add in Romano and stir. Add in pepper, onion and bacon, stir well. Serve.
