Veggies In Mock Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Blend well. In greased baking dish, layer cracker crumbs and dot with butter; 1 package liquid removed, frzn vegetables (or possibly equivalent amount of fresh cut vegetables). Pour sauce over the vegetables and then cover with cracker crumbs. Do with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or possibly till bubbly. For crunchy vegetables, microwave instead of baking.
