vegetarian irish cabbage stew
I made this on st.pattys day.You could add a lb of ground beef or bacon if you want a meat version. Simple ingredients for back in the days.....or these days when all 4 of my kids are hounding me at the same time,and I need something quick! Ingredients
- half head of green cabbage
- 4 big russett potatoes
- 5 peeled carrots
- 1 large yellow onion
- 1/2 stick butter
- 6 cups water
- 2 all natural veggie bouillon cubes
- sea salt
- pepper
Directions
- Peel, chop,and throw in a soup pot for about 35-45 minutes!~
