Two Ingredient Pumpkin Cookies

This is a soft cookie and very good. Sometimes I add a dash of Pumpkin Pie Spice but not always. Very good for people who are allergic to eggs or just don't want all the regular things that go into cookies. Very easy and kid friendly, too.

Ingredients

  • 1 Box Spice Cake Mix
  • 1 16 oz. can Pumpkin

Directions

  1. Mix together Cake mix and Pumpkin
  2. Drop by Tablespoonfull, two in. apart,
  3. onto cookie sheet
  4. Bake 13 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees
  5. Remove from oven and cool 5 min
  6. Transfer to cooling rack to cool completly
  7. May be iced if desired
