Turkey Bacon Scramble
Lean Breakfast for 2 Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 oz. shaved parmesan cheese
- 4 slices (strips) turkey bacon
- 2 Tbsp. chilis, diced
- 2 low carb tortillas
- 1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Italian Medley Seasoning
Directions
- Dice the chili and turkey bacon.
- Heat a pan and add the turkey bacon and chili.
- When heated through beat the eggs with 1 tbs of water and the seasoning and add to the pan.
- When the eggs are almost set add the shaved parmesan cheese.
- When the cheese has melted, split the mix between the 2 tortillas.
- Roll up and enjoy with a little salsa or hot sauce.
