Turkey-Bacon Melts

- 1 can Flaky Layers Refrigerated Biscuits
- 10 slices Bacon
- 1 c Sliced Red Onion
- 1/4 c Barbecue Sauce
- 3/4 lb Thinly Sliced Deli Turkey
- 5 slices Cheddar Cheese
Directions
- Bake Biscuits
- Cook Bacon till crisp, reserving 2 T oil
- Cook Onions, till lightly browned, in 2 T reserved oil
- Split warm biscuits and lay on a lined cookie sheet
- Spread both halves of biscuits with BBQ Sauce
- Top each bottom half with Turkey, Bacon, Onion, Cheese
- Broil 30-60 sec., or until cheese is melted
- Place top halves over cheese
- Serve warm
