Ingredients

  • 1 lb turkey, cooked, diced
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cups olive oil
  • 1/2 cup sprouts
  • 1/2 cup scallions, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp ground black pepper
  • 1 cup canned kidney beans
  • 1 cup spring mix (greens)
  • 1 cup tomatoes, canned diced
  • 1 cup avocados
  • 20 each garlic herb wrap

Directions

  1. Combine turkey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, sprouts, green onions, pepper, and kidney beans (could prep the day before).
  2. Toss with salad, tomatoes, and avocados.
  3. Portion approximately 5 oz of filling onto the wrap. Wrap and roll.
