Turkey-Avocado Wrap
Ingredients
- 1 lb turkey, cooked, diced
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 cups olive oil
- 1/2 cup sprouts
- 1/2 cup scallions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp ground black pepper
- 1 cup canned kidney beans
- 1 cup spring mix (greens)
- 1 cup tomatoes, canned diced
- 1 cup avocados
- 20 each garlic herb wrap
Directions
- Combine turkey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, sprouts, green onions, pepper, and kidney beans (could prep the day before).
- Toss with salad, tomatoes, and avocados.
- Portion approximately 5 oz of filling onto the wrap. Wrap and roll.
