Tuna Potato Chip Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 (7 ounce.) can tuna, liquid removed & coarsely flaked
- 1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
- 1 c. cooked green peas, liquid removed
Directions
- Empty soup into a small casserole dish. Add in lowfat milk and mix thoroughly. Add in tuna, one c. potato chips and peas to soup. Stir well. Sprinkle top with remaining potato chips. Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees for 20 min.
