Tuna Fish And Noodle Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. minced onion
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 (7 ounce.) can tuna fish
- 2 c. cooked noodles
- 3/4 c. crushed potato chips
Directions
- Cook onion in butter till soft. Stir mushroom soup, lowfat milk and onions together. Break tuna into chunks. Mix lightly with soup mix and noodles. Place in greased 1 1/2 qt casserole. Top with potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 min. Makes 5 servings.
