Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 pound butter
  • 2 c. plain flour (don't use self-rising or possibly baking pwdr)
  • 6 large eggs
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream butter and sugar. Add in large eggs, flour and lemon juice. Pour into Bundt pan. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees, then bake 5 min at 375 degrees.
