tomiya sauce Ingredients
- 1 Egg white 4 pcs
- 2 Lime salt 2g
- 3 Corn oil 1lt
- 4 Garlic mince 60g
- 5 lime juice 20ml
Directions
- 1 blend no 1 till foamy and stiff
- 2 Add no 2 and drizzle no 3 slowly into the above
- 3 add no 4 and 5 and adjust seasoning
