Tomato Tart

This is a quick and easy tart using bought flaky pastry.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet frozen puff pastry
  • ½ bottle Tomato Chutney
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Black Olives
  • Pine nuts
  • Dried basil

Directions

  1. Method
  2. Roll out puff pastry on to a baking pan and pre-bake for about 10 minutes.
  3. Spread chutney over pastry.
  4. Top with tomatoes, pitted olives and pine nuts.
  5. Sprinkle some dried basil over and bake for 20 minutes in a hot oven. 200⁰. Should be served hot immediately otherwise it goes soggy.
