Tomato Rava DosaIngredients:
1/2 cup Chiroti rava (fine rava)
1/4 cup rice flour
1/4 cup maida
1-2 tsp jeera
salt to taste
Corainder leaves-few chopped
Green chillies-4-5 finely chopped
Tomatoes-2 finely chopped
1 tsp Red chilly pwd
Method-In a bowl, add all the flours,salt , add water and mix well to make the dosa batter. Next add all the other ingredients-jeera,chillies,tomatoes, coriander leaves. Mix well. Keep it aside for 1/2 hour.Heat the tava/skillet and make the dosas, add oil to make it crisp and golden brown. Serve hot with chutney or enjoy it JLT!
