Tofu In Black Bean Sauce

Ingredients

  • 16 ounce Low fat tofu
  • 32 ounce Bag frzn broccoli
  • 16 ounce Can black beans
  • 4 Tbsp. Fermented black bean sauce
  • 1 sm Onion
  •     Garlic to taste
  •     Soy sauce to taste
  • 1/2 c. Water, up to 1
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch

Directions

  1. Slice tofu into 1" cubes, dice onion. Place wok on stove, add in Pam. Toast onion, ad garlic. Toss in Broccoli, add in water to steam, 10-15 min. When Broccoli is done, add in black bean sauce, black beans and tofu. Bring to boil and add in cornstarch mixed with water till desired thickness is achieved.
  2. Add in soy sauce or possibly salt to taste. Serve over rice. 2-4 people.
