Tinolang Isda (Saute Fish in a Soup)

- Red Snapper fish- used whatever fish you like
- Spinach/ malunggay leaves
- Ginger
- Onion
- Tomato
- Chayote Squash- Optional
- Salt and Pepper- to taste
- Oil
Directions
- Put oil in the pan, wait until it get HOT and start frying the fish. Set aside
- Using same pan saute the ginger and onion.
- Add water onto the pan, salt an pepper and chayote squash. Let it come up to a boil.
- Add the fish and spinach. Let it simmer for 3 minutes.
- Serve best when its HOT.
