Ingredients

  • 2 pkt lime jello, (3 ounce.)
  • 3 3/4 c. warm water
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, liquid removed
  • 1 pkt cream cheese, (8 ounces)
  • 1 c. whipped cream
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. pineapple juice

Directions

  1. First layer:Mix jello, water and pineapple, let set until hard.
  2. Second layer:Whip together and put on first layer.
  3. Third layer:Mix the sugar, flour, Large eggs and pineapple juice. Cook until thick, then let cold. Put this on top. Refrigerateand serve.
