  • Three Easy Chocolate Candies

    Using chocolate flavored candy coating, you can make these chocolate delights in just minutes. Walmart carries the coating, which is also called Almond Bark, chocolate-flavored candy coating.

    Ingredients

    • Buttercreams:
    • 1/2 cup soft butter
    • 10 oz. or 1 box powdered sugar
    • 2 Tbs. milk
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 10 oz. candy coating
    • Millionaires:
    • 14 oz. package of caramels
    • 1 1/2 Tbs. milk
    • 2 cups chopped pecans
    • 12 oz. candy coating
    • Taosted Pecan Clusters:
    • 3 Tbs. butter
    • 3 cups pecan pieces
    • 12 oz. candy coating

    Directions

    1. Use wax paper coated with a little butter to place the candies on after getting the chocolate coating.
    2. Buttercreams:
    3. Cream the butter with the sugar.
    4. Sir in milk and vanilla.
    5. Shapre into 3/4" balls and chill in fridge 6 hours.
    6. Melt coating over a low heat on top of the stove.
    7. Dip the balls in the coating and place on wax paper and let sit for an hour, or refrigerate.
    8. Milliionaires:
    9. Melt caramels over a low heat with the milk.
    10. Mix in pecans.
    11. Drop spoonsful onto wax paper, and chill several hours.
    12. Melt the coating over a low heat, dip pieces into it and place on wax paper.
    13. Toasted Pecan Clusters.
    14. Turn the oven on to 300 degrees.
    15. Melt the butter and toss the pecans with it.
    16. Place pecans on a baking pan and toast for 20-30 minutes (size will make a difference).
    17. Melt the coating, stir in pecans, and drop onto the wax paper.
