    I made this smoothie a couple of weeks ago when the sun was shining non stop here in the West Midlands, unfortunately this last week it's been rain, sunshine, rain, sunshine. Redcurrants from my garden, a mixture of cherries and blueberries from the freezer and the last orange from the fruit bowl all make a delicious and refreshing smoothie. Ingredients: Handful of redcurrants, cherries and blueberries 1 orange, peel and pith removed 2 teaspoons caster sugar splash of lemon juice (from a bottle is fine) 200ml water a few ice cubes if using fresh fruit Method: Add the fruits, sugar, ice cubes and lemon juice to the jug 5 Secs/Speed 5. Pour 200ml water into the jug blend 1 minute/Speed 10.
