The Man's-wich Feta Burger

Super Burger for the Man in your life. Also, can make great sliders!

Goes Well With: fries, baked potatoes, cole slaw, onion rings

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Sirloin Ground Beef
  • 2 Large over-sized Rolls/Buns
  • 1/2 Cup Feta Cheese Crumbles
  • 1/4 cup chopped cooked spinach (drain well)
  • 1/2 Fresh Lemon (juice only)
  • Cracked Black Pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 Cup diced Roma Tomatoes

Directions

  1. Round out two (2) Large Burger patties and grill to your liking
  2. In a small bowl add feta cheese crumbles, chopped spinach, lemon juice, pepper and stir well, refrigerate until ready to use
  3. Dice Roma Tomato
  4. Optional Toast Rolls/Buns
  5. Add Feta Cheese mixture to the bottom of Rolls/Buns
  6. Add grilled 1/2 pounder Burger, add a few dollops of feta cheese mixture and diced tomatoes
  7. If wanting to make sliders simply pat out 16 ounces of ground Sirloin into slider patties and grill to your liking, use slider rolls and assemble.
