I remember slicing in half a homemade dinner roll, spreading on a nice layer of real butter, and placing some leftover roasted turkey inside for a turkey sandwich. Then, we proceed to make the stuffing waffles. Once the waffle is made, we will layer a few slices of turkey breast over top of it. Perfectly Poached Eggs We set the stuffing waffle with turkey slices aside and proceed to poach the eggs. To get the perfect poached egg, you want heat water in a deep skillet over medium high heat. You should have at least 4 inches of water in the skillet. Swirl the water with a spoon a few times and then gently place the egg in a small bowl and slowly add to the boiling water. The water will continue to swirl and will wrap the egg white around the yolk. Watch the video to see the magic happen when poaching an egg! Add the final touches Using a slotted spoon, gently remove the egg from the poaching water and lay it over top of the turkey and stuffing waffle.
