Thai Basil Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 lb grnd chicken
- 4 x cloves garlic
- 4 x green onions minced
- 2 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 4 sm red chiles, finely minced
- 3/4 c. basil leaves, minced
- 2 Tbsp. fish sauce
Directions
- Heat up a wok; add in oil and stir fry garlic and green onions till tender but NOT browned, about 1-2 min. Add in chili peppers and cook, stirring, about 1 minute more. Add in chicken and stir-fry till cooked through. Stir in basil and fish sauce; mix thoroughly. Serve over rice, if you like.
