TEX MEX SOUP FOR CROCKPOT
You will really enjoy this quick and easy supper especially if you work. Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground round
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes - 16 oz. each
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can pinto beans - drained
- 2 pkgs. ranh dressing dry mix
- 1 large can corn - drained
- 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
- can Rotel tomatoes with green chili's
Directions
- Brown meat with onions in skillet on stove.
- Dump in crock pot when ready.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Stir and mix up ingredients.
- Cook on low for 10 hours.
