Tequila Carrots
Feel like a stiff Drink? But don't wanna appear a Alcoholic when guests are near. lol Okay. These carrots have Great flavor and have guests always asking for more. Simple and quick! Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Carrots
- 1/3 Cup Butter
- 1/4 Tsp Crushed dry dill weed
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 Cup Tequila
Directions
- Cut Carrots in 1/4 inch diagonal slices. Melt butter over low heat; add carrots. Increase heat to medium. Cook carrots for 10 minutes or until carrots are tender, stirring occasionally. Add spices to taste; increase heat to high. Pour tequila over carrots; ignite using a long match. When flames have died down stir and serve immediately
