Tender Chunk Ham And Spinach Quiche
Ingredients
- 1 (9 inch) deep dish unbaked pie shell
- 2 (7 x 4 inch) slices Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. minced spinach (liquid removed)
- 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 3 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. half and half
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon flour
- 1 can tender chunk ham (flaked apart)
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Place Swiss cheese slices side by side in pie shell; sprinkle proportionately with spinach and mushrooms. Set aside. In small mixing bowl mix the Large eggs, half and half, salt and flour. Pour over spinach and mushrooms; sprinkle proportionately with flaked ham and top with Cheddar cheese. Bake 45 min at 350 degrees. You can substitute 1/2 c. minced broccoli in place of spinach.
