Tempeh With Sauerkraut
Ingredients
- Tempeh
- Sauerkraut
- Oni on
- Black sesame seeds
Directions
- Peel onion and slice in half moons. Put in bottom of a two qt pot. Cut tempeh into small cubes and place on top of onion slices. Fork sauerkraut over the tempeh and some of the juice. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds. Bring to simmer, cover and cook on low 15 to 20 min till nicely steamed. Serve with Kasha, potatoes and greens.
