Tartlets with cream and fruit
My tartlets! They are light and tasty! Ingredients
- Pastry:
- 125 grams of butter
- 280-300 grams of flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons water or orange juice
- 1 small egg
- Cream:
- 400 g greek yoghurt 2%
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- Fruit compote
Directions
- Prepare the pastry mixing all the ingredients. When it's ready refrigerate for at least half an hour.
- With a rolling pin roll out the dough and spread in a 12-muffin pan. Place the tartlets in the oven and leave it for 15 minutes (200 degrees). Let them cool (NOT in the refrigerator) for at least 3 hours.
- Prepare the cream, mixing the yogurt with the sugar.
- Fill the tartlets with cream and decorated with fruit!
