Ingredients

  • 3 lb Top Round -- 1/2 in. cubed
  • 8 ounce Can
  • 2 med Onions -- grated
  • 7 Tbsp. Chili Pwdr
  • 2 lrg Garlic Cloves -- chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Grnd Cumin
  • 2 can Chicken Broth -- (10 ounce. Each)
  • 1 c. Water -- (if necessary)
  •     Tomato Sauce

Directions

  1. Saute/fry the beef in a large skillet. Put into a large pot and simmer, covered, with onions, garlic, and broth for 1-1/2 hrs.
  2. Add in the tomato sauce, chili pwdr, and cumin. Stir; simmer on low for another hour. Add in water if needed. Stir occasionally.
