Taffy Apple Pie
Ingredients
- 2 cans Eagle Brand evaporated lowfat milk
- 3 apples
- 1 graham cracker crust pie shell
- Minced peanuts for topping
Directions
- Place 2 cans Eagle Brand lowfat milk unopened in boiling water, making sure both cans are covered totally over the top with water. Allow to boil for 3 hrs. Make sure you add in more water as it evaporates. Take out after 3 hrs and cold to touch. Then place in refrigerator for 1 hour. Cut up apples but do not peel, just core. Place in pie shell and put evaporated lowfat milk over. Add in minced peanuts on top.
