Ingredients

  • 24 pkt jumbo pasta shells
  • 1/2 lb grnd chicken breast, skinless cooked
  • 3 ounce fat-free cream cheese cubed
  • 1 pkt taco seasoning mix
  • 1 c. taco sauce
  • 1 c. fat-free cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 c. fat-free mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 1/2 c. low-fat tortilla chips crushed

Directions

  1. Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a 13 x 9" pan with cooking spray. Cook, pasta shells according to package directions. In a skillet, cook chicken, over medium high heat till no pink remains. Drain fat. Reduce heat to medium low. Add in cream cheese and taco seasoning; simmer till cheese melts.
  2. Fill shells with meat mix. Arrange shells in prepared pan. Pour taco sauce over each shell. Then, top with cheeses and chips. Cover with foil.
  3. Bake 15 min more or possibly till bubbly.
