Taco Chicken
I saw someone with this and did it and it was great! Basically you can eat it over rice, or spaghetti noodles or bucatinni noodles, which is my favorite. It was a hit with my son who is a picky eater! Ingredients
- 3-4 Chicken Breast of boneless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 packet of seasoning mix
- 1 jar (can use the small one) of salsa
- All purpose seasoning (use your judgement on taste though)
Directions
- Place everything in crock pot on low for 8 hours. As an alternative you can add green peppers and whatever vegetables you like.
