  • Taco Avocado Bean Dip

    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 avocados
    • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
    • 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream
    • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    • 1 pkg. taco mix
    • 2 cans Old El Paso bean dip
    • 8 ounce. shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 onion, minced
    • 1 tomato, minced
    • Black olives (optional)
    • Green pepper (optional)
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Directions

    1. Peel and chop avocado. Add in lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. In second bowl mix mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream and taco seasoning. Layer bean dip, avocado, lowfat sour cream mix, and cheese. Top with onion, tomato and, if you like, black olives and minced green pepper. Serve with tortilla chips.
