Sweet & Spicy Chili Marinade
This is the marinade I use for my Indonesian Sweet & Spicy Pork Ribs, however it can be used on several different foods. Add it to Thai Rice Noodles for a pleasant surprise! Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Organic Sugar Cane
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tbsp dried Red Chili Peppers
- 1 tsp Grated Fresh Garlic
Directions
- Bring the Water and Organic Sugar Cane to a boil.
- Chop and add the dried Red Chili Peppers.
- Add the Grated Fresh Garlic.
- Boil hard for 1 minute.
- Let stand for 2 minutes then pour into a small mason jar.
- Keep refridgerated.
