  • Sweet and Sticky Chicken Wings

    These wings are better than hot wings and more fun to eat!!

    Ingredients

    • 16 ounces soy sauce
    • Half a cup of water
    • 1 Teaspoon minced garlic or garlic powder
    • 1 pound of dark brown sugar
    • 3 pounds of fresh chicken wings seperated

    Directions

    1. Mix all ingredients in a 4 quart or larger stove pan until simmering.
    2. Place wings tips removed and cut at the joints in the liquid and cook until tender
    3. Place wins on a greased cookie sheet,or use spray
    4. Dust with garlic powder
    5. Heat in 375 oven until browned
    6. turn all wings and dust again with garlic powder
    7. heat until brown
    8. Remove wings and let rest about ten minutes and serve with lots of napkins or lick your fingers
