Sweet And Spicy Apricot Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 x (1-ounce.) envelope onion soup mix
- 1 x (12-ounce.) jar Smucker's(r) Apricot Preserves
- 1 c. Russian salad dressing
- 4 lb boneless chicken breasts
- Heat oven to 350 F.
Directions
- In a saucepan combine soup mix, preserves and dressing; cook till melted and blended.
- Remove skin from chicken and dip into sauce till coated. Put chicken in a baking pan and pour remainder of sauce over chicken. Bake for about 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till cooked through. Throw away remaining sauce.
