Swedish Meatballs In Crockpot
Ingredients
- 2 pound hamburger
- 2 large eggs
- 1 sm. diced onion
- Bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- Lowfat milk
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- Salt, pepper, garlic
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Directions
- Mix all ingredients. Form small meatballs. Bake on 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 min. I use a rack on a cookie sheet. Drain off grease.Put meat balls into slow cooker. Add in 2 cans cream of mushroom soup thinned with one can lowfat milk. Heat thoroughly. Serve over rice or possibly noodles.
