Swedish Cole Slaw With Fennel
Ingredients
- 1 whl fennel
- 1 x Carrot
- 1 x Clove garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Dry cranberries
- 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Finely slice the fennel.
- Grate the carrots.
- Grate the clove of garlic.
- In medium mixing bowl, mix the fennel, carrot, cranberries and garlic.
- Add in the dressing to taste.
- Let sit for at least 4 hrs for all the flavors to come out and for the fennel to become marinated.
