Suzanne's Buffalo Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. chicken wings
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- Garlic pwdr
- Onion pwdr
- 1/2 c. Louisiana Redhot sauce or possibly to taste
- Celery salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Cut wings in half and throw away tips. Fry till nicely browned (preferably deep fried). Dip in sauce. Lay wings in a single layer on a broiler pan and broil till crispy. Turn and broil on other side. Broiling takes about 5 min. Wings can be fried in advance and broiled before serving.
