    Ingredients

    • 1 Lemon or lime (juiced)
    • 1 Cup Blueberries
    • 1 Cup Rasberries
    • 1 Cup Cranberries
    • 1 Bunch of Parsley or Cilantro
    • 4-5 Stalks of Bok Choy
    • Teaspoon of Spirulina
    • 1 Cup of Filtered Water

    2. After washing and chopping, place all ingredients into the blender secure the lid. Blend, add filtered water as needed.
