- Toasted cashew nuts 100g
- Garlic chopped fine 20g
- Olive oil 150ml
- Parsley 20g
- Parmesan cheese ground 100g
Directions
- 1 blend the sun dried tomato, cashew nuts, garlic with the olive oil
- 2 then add parsley and Parmesan cheese
