Sun Dried Tomato Herb Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup grates parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped sun dried tomatoes
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Directions

  1. Stir together flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, tomato, cheese and oregano. In a seperate bowl, whisk together milk, egg and oil. Add to flour mixture, stirring just unitl moistened. Spoon batter into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes, or until done. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
